Wing Dolly System

Palletized Trucking was selected by McIver & Smith Fabricators to transport a large vessel from its plant in north Houston to Industrial Terminal. The vessel was 81 feet long, approximately 20 feet in diameter, and weighed 411,000 pounds.

6-Axle Self Propelled Module

Palletized Trucking Inc has aquired a 6-Axle Self Propelled Modular Transporter - type PST/SL, an efficient and economical transportation system utilized on moving loads inside plants, facilities, tight conditions, confined area, off-shore field etc. They are not only used for transportation but also for exact positioning of large and heavy loads. The hydrostatic drive ensures an absolutely smooth and jerk-free driving performance even under arduous conditions and in the lowest speed range.

RTI Energy Systems selected Palletized Trucking to transport six riser pullers that were manufactured in Houston for a new deep water offshore platform that was being constructed in Norway. Each riser was 130 feet long and weighed approximately 30,000 pounds.

In February, 2007, two large vessels were transported from the Curtis Kelly manufacturing facility in Houston to the Port of Houston. Each vessel was 165 feet long and weighed 600,000 pounds. At the Port, two cranes were required to lift the vessels onto the ship.

Interstar Truck-Barge

In April, 2007, Palletized Trucking was selected by Interstar Global Logistics for a complex transportation logistics project to deliver a large caustic water wash tank from the Port of Houston to the BASF Petrochemicals plant in Port Arthur, Texas. The heavy lift tank was 75 feet long, 21 feet wide, 23 feet high, and weighed 248,000 pounds.
